Kfc - Cranbrook

Dirty dining room that looks like it hasn 't been reno 'd in LITERALLY decades. I 'd hate to see the kitchen up close. $35 for TEN pieces of dry FLAVORLESS chicken. Some pieces were much darker than the others which makes me suspect they were re-fried leftovers. I swear they aren 't adding any of the spices you find in KFC and I 'm not the only person I know to think this. ABSOLUTELY FLAVORLESS. A friend of mine called KFC corporate about the issue of a lack of spices and flavor and was told That 's not our problem. I will never eat here again and I suggest if your craving delicious chicken go grab one of those exquisite rotisserie chickens from Superstore for around $13.

A shotty rundown dumpster dive of a restaurant. Chicken is way too expensive and always under portioned. Last 4 times I've been here it has been cold and last time had undercooked chicken. The quality is just so far below acceptable and the price is so ridiculously high for the low quality that you're better off going to an actual dumpster than to eat here. Google needs to give a 0/5 star option because this place deserves it! Will not be wasting another cent here and will be actively telling family, friends, and others I meet to stay away and save themselves the time money and disappointment that will guaranteed result from ordering here!

We were disappointed with the quality of our order, chicken coating was almost non existent and overcooked. This has happened the last two times we have eaten there so sad to say we won’t be back. The eating and washroom areas are in need of updating, especially the chairs and wooden table edges are dirty and greasy. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner

Place hasn't been updated in 40years, it was dirty, service was very unfriendly, food was terrible as I got a back piece with no meat on it and 1 thy that was sooo greasey it was gross, the popcorn chicken was old and dry, the fries had so much salt on them I couldn't even give them to my dog because I didn't like them.. But hey at l didn't get food poisoning this time lol.. However that will be the absolute last time I ever give this location another chance specially when there's other places like poppeyes chicken amd Arby's that also have amazing chicken sandwiches.. I highly recommend not eating here, wasting ur time or because this franchise in particular just doesn't care with the owners that now own it and it's gone completely down hill! If I could zero star this place I would.
