I’ve been loving tropical smoothie since I moved here until this very interaction. I ordered a Smokey grilled cheese and was given an unmelted just mozzarella sandwich. I asked them to remake me the correct option and the girl who took my order came over to my table with an immediate attitude and asked exactly what I wanted so they didn’t get it wrong. Delicious smoothies and the hummus veggie wrap is delicious too. The cup size of the smoothie was large compared to other smoothies places i have been. Would definitely come back here.

Ordered online but worker said they never got it. So I asked how long it would be for them to make it in store even though I ordered it 15 minutes before arriving. I got my smoothie fast but workers forgot about my sandwich. So When I asked about it they said they forgot to make it. It was all chaotic and a bunch of workers were standing around doing nothing.

Bahama mama with extra white chocolate powder is the way to go for sure. It’s definitely kinda pricey. But what isn’t now-a-days

Tried to call in a pick up order 15 mins before closing and they told me they can't take my phone order so I'm 5 mins away and drive there, arrive at 7:50 and the doors are locked. Why advertise that you close at 8 when that isn't really true. I don't usually take the time to write bad reviews but this is not the 1st time this has happened at this location.
