The manager is super rude and the employee that made my smoothie wasn’t even wearing gloves! After reaching into the fruit and ice machine with no gloves he proceeded to grab my cup and lid without them either…I was very disgusted and shocked at the little amount of effort they both gave me while in the store. They need to be taught a little about simple hygiene.

I’ve been loving tropical smoothie since I moved here until this very interaction. I ordered a Smokey grilled cheese and was given an unmelted just mozzarella sandwich. I asked them to remake me the correct option and the girl who took my order came over to my table with an immediate attitude and asked exactly what I wanted so they didn’t get it wrong. Delicious smoothies and the hummus veggie wrap is delicious too. The cup size of the smoothie was large compared to other smoothies places i have been. Would definitely come back here.

Ordered online but worker said they never got it. So I asked how long it would be for them to make it in store even though I ordered it 15 minutes before arriving. I got my smoothie fast but workers forgot about my sandwich. So When I asked about it they said they forgot to make it. It was all chaotic and a bunch of workers were standing around doing nothing.

The food is really yummy And the manager is really nice This place is better than I thought so I recommend you go there.
