Subway - Covington

Very understaffed for either the day, or time of service...unsure of which, furthermore, only 1 young lady taking orders and building sandwiches AND ringing out. She must have been helping 3 people along side my 4 sandwich order. If they hired moreindividuals like the young lady assisting us, this store would be onto something

To begin with, the girl coming in to work at 10 am when the restaurant opens, made it a point to emphasize they open at 10. We waited 2 minutes since it was 9:58am and then entered. She gave us attitude the whole time and tossed the subs, not making eyecontacts, and cursing to her employee about certain items. I love subway and had to use the Subway in this location since I wasout of town. Horrible service. Extremely rude.

I have consistently found that this particular Subway location rarely adheres to their advertised operating hours. Despite multiple attempts to dine there, I have been disappointed to find the restaurant closed without explanation and lacking any signage to inform patrons. Additionally, the store indicates a closing time of 9pm, however, I have never witnessed them remain open until that hour. I would advise against attempting to visit this establishment, as they are likely closed when you arrive.

The two employees who consistently make sandwiches did an excellent job today as always. They were fast and friendly. However, around 2:30, a store manager or owner came in and shouted at the staff in a condescending manner in front of customers. As a customer and a general manager of a busy restaurant, I can say that the store was clean and well-stocked, although there is always room for improvement in any restaurant. The manager's behavior was rude and unnecessary. The presence of a "Now Hiring" sign in the window may be attributed to poor leadership.

This is now my favorite Subway location. They are generous with their ingredients and service is quick. Be sure to tip them well!
