Little Caesars Pizza - Covina

Television advertise the Phnceroni pizzeria. So my husband and I went in at 6:20. Behind the register is a sign that says fresh and ready Roni-Pefferoni from 4pm to 6pm. When we ordered one, the checkout told you? I got him and I read him the sign behind the register. Of course we waited for our 10 to 15 minutes. When our time passed, he gave us our pizza and we left. I told my husband to put it in the backseat, so it wouldn't be too hot on his lap, but he said it wasn't necessary. It was certainly not that the pizza was cold like cardboard and simply a terrible experience. We will NOT go back to the small Caesars in Covina on the corner of Citrus and Covina Boulevard.

Little caesar?s is my family?s favorite pizza. we?ve ordered from multiple chains and never had an issue. however every time we order from the covina chain, the pizza always comes with barely any sauce and cheese. the crust is always like 2-3 inches wide which isn?t normal. we also order the cheese bread that only had cheese in the middle. this isn?t the first time this has happened and we we?ll never buy from the covina chain again.

What can I say? It's a pizza chain and it's very close by to the house LOL the last time I ordered, they were very generous because I asked for a thin crust, and somehow either the clerk or the programming messed up, and gave me a regular pizza. But he asked me if I waited 10 more minutes, they were going to make the thin crust pie and I could keep both the regular crust and the thin. Having said that, at the end of the day, they proved their integrity to be top-notch.

Worst, most poorly-run Little Caesars location in a seven mile radius. The workers are a joke, one attitude-laden slow fool wears earbuds while working the front counter so amazingly he can 't hear you all the time. The other three guys are laughable, including the Latino shift manager at night, with an attitude that literally says I don 't want to be here. The guy who boxes the pizza actually puts the hot dirty pan on the inside of the box before putting the pizza in it. Terrible location.

I arrived at 7:50 to Little Caesars and was not attend to until 7:59. The customer service is bad, employees talking and one employee was on the phone via headphones. Another customer came in asking for sauce and they laughed when he thought it was free No sense of urgency or care. Definitely wouldn?t return
