Little Caesars Pizza - Covina

My daughter really likes this place, but it's always crowded. The wait times can be quite long since they often run out of pizza, probably because they're so busy. It's usually a good idea to order through the app and just pick it up. Today, I was told it would take 10 minutes to get my pizza, but it ended up taking 27 minutes. The girl taking orders wasn't very friendly; I even noticed a guy complain because she didn't greet him.

I ordered two pizzas and a jalapeño pizza. They called me to confirm the order, but they included wings that I never ordered. I let them know about the mistake and clarified my order. When I checked the receipt, the staff member blamed me for mistakenly ordering a pepper pizza instead of the jalapeño. I ended up waiting over 20 minutes for the pizzas. In the future, I think I'll just order online since I've never had any issues that way.

I typically enjoy Little Caesars Pizza, but I recently decided to try just the pure cheese pizza, and it was a disappointment. I felt like I was wasting my money – there was no flavor, and the crust was dry. They could have at least added some butter to the crust. I would advise against buying the Little Caesars cheese pizza; it's probably the worst pizza I've ever had.

Television advertise the Phnceroni pizzeria. So my husband and I went in at 6:20. Behind the register is a sign that says fresh and ready Roni-Pefferoni from 4pm to 6pm. When we ordered one, the checkout told you? I got him and I read him the sign behind the register. Of course we waited for our 10 to 15 minutes. When our time passed, he gave us our pizza and we left. I told my husband to put it in the backseat, so it wouldn't be too hot on his lap, but he said it wasn't necessary. It was certainly not that the pizza was cold like cardboard and simply a terrible experience. We will NOT go back to the small Caesars in Covina on the corner of Citrus and Covina Boulevard.

Little caesar?s is my family?s favorite pizza. we?ve ordered from multiple chains and never had an issue. however every time we order from the covina chain, the pizza always comes with barely any sauce and cheese. the crust is always like 2-3 inches wide which isn?t normal. we also order the cheese bread that only had cheese in the middle. this isn?t the first time this has happened and we we?ll never buy from the covina chain again.
