German Doner Kebab Coventry

I absolutely adore this restaurant! The food is fantastic and the service is top-notch. The team is always supportive, especially Tanisha, Priyanka, and Aoosa.

Joke of a place. I’m waiting to be served; cashiers are busy with packing food items. A lady who’s already placed an order calls the cashier over, she comes to the till, states that she wants to place an order for another kebab. Cashier serves her and completely ignores me in the queue. Last time I came here the toilets were an absolute mess too which reflects on the customer service this place offers.

The wait time was ridiculous, even though I ordered for pick-up half an hour in advance. What was the point of placing my order early? I noticed some of the male staff in the kitchen not working efficiently. One was on his phone while half-heartedly preparing food. It seemed like he was more interested in showing off than actually working. Maybe he was trying to impress someone or perhaps he works there.

I really enjoyed the great ambiance and cozy atmosphere of this restaurant. The meat quality is superb and I was very impressed with the customer service. Also, don't forget to take advantage of the student discount!

Inaya was the sweetest and most helpful worker of all time! Thanks to their impeccable service, after a long and tiresome day we enjoyed a fantastic meal that was fresh and tasty, and the portions were great! a massive thanks to the team! I hope you will continue to maintain the quality service!
