Coventry Kebab An Pizza House

Have used coventry kebab house for over 25 years !!! Always the best kebab in coventry Disappointed though tonight, We had a delivery with in the time of 45 mins but mostly food was cold especially the chips

I was charged twice on my card for a single order from this restaurant. The person I spoke to on the phone acknowledged the mistake and assured me that they would refund the second charge. However, three weeks went by without receiving the refund. When I contacted them again, they refused to rectify their error. It is disappointing considering the amount of money my family and I have spent at this takeaway. I will now be cautious about paying online and will opt for payment upon delivery. Lesson learned - a small mistake has resulted in a loss of a loyal customer who spent over £1000 annually at this establishment.

The food at this restaurant is incredible, especially the doner wraps. As someone who works late and often eats out, I can confidently say that this is the best restaurant I've tried. I will definitely recommend it to others and continue to be a loyal customer myself.

The food was horrible I ordered for my family .. 2 pizzas and kababs kids did not like it say it tastes strange and horrible I ordered lamb kabab not cooked properly and only got three peices of lamb asked for sauce never got and salad is rubbish ... no tomotos or cucumber and don't ask for sauce as you will not get .. hubby had chicken kabab horrible three chunks and no salad. Absolutely rubbish will never return. Only went as friends recommended us waste of over £25 awful awful don't go horrible. No stars

I was very disappointed to find out that when the restaurant is busy, they cancel all delivery orders under 12 pounds. Additionally, I have noticed that the special notes I include with my orders are never read. Although the food is generally good, the staff seem to be ignorant.
