Costa Coffee Warwickshire - Coventry

This is the second Sunday afternoon I have visited in the last 3 weeks and on both occasions the toilets have been absolutely filthy, clearly not cleaned all day, toilet paper and mess over the floor. Honestly if I had seen the state of the toilet before I ordered I would have walked out.

So just been in first time since before Christmas not one staff wearing face mask wandering around store and we wander why the virus is spreading poor infection control. Whilst appreciate how hard it is to wear a mask how do you think nurses feel for 12 hours at a time. Won’t be visiting again for a while

Stopped by on Saturday afternoon for refreshments with my elderly mum. We were served by a young man who was very polite helpful and pleasant. Served quickly, lovely hot chocolate and a cake.

This Costa has a had a refurbishment recently and what a different it has made. There is more room and the food displays look more appealing. The staff were friendly and the hot chocolate and new praline hot chocolate were great. Toasted tea cakes were a great accompaniment. A vast improvement on the last time I was here, I will definitely return.

Creative range of food and drink. Speed isn't great though could improve.Overall a good coffee shop.
