The Halal Guys - Countryside

I think the Falafel here is good and much at the price! I'm here for cat food, so it worked for me! I can see where someone likes it. It is not traditional. The white sauce is not vegan, so be careful. They didn't tell milk, but it has protein in it, I think. Updated by previous review on 2019-10-03

Service was friendly. Falafel was a lunatic. Comes with white sauce that contains eggs and 330 calories per package- double-no. Has not used it, so sandwich was really dry until I added the Baba ghanouj I had bought. The pepper and salad on the sandwich were very fresh and still crisp.

I love Falafel. I love this place falafel. I don't love her falafel. I thought it was pretty dirty and usually tastes like frying fat. The rice and tahini have not added much. My experience felt kind of like a bad choice of County Fair Food. I wasn't pushed by him, but in la Grange you have much better options for specific falafel at a comparable price point. It was very fast. (Just read the white sauce is not vegan, which means that the employee, while very nice had also informed me wrong.

Halal Guys has some pretty good food. This location in particular has really kind staff that provides great service. I had to just write a review to let others know. Thank you to everyone inside!

We bought 3 platter of meat and rice combos,we paid $50 .Food was so so bad.Chicken was boiled had no taste of spice's with avery strong smell.lamb was also taste bad in cubes shape it was not jayro .white sauce taste like mix of combination of yogurt and mayonnaise with sweet taste it was not near halal guys taste .don't waste your hard earned money on halal guys we brought food home after taking couple of bite whole 3 platter went to garbage.
