Dairy Queen Store - Council Bluffs

Ordered here in the past and usually food quantity is adequate. Inadequate staffing has been a problem in the past. Ordered a 3 chicken strip snack and a burger with onion rings. There was only 5 onion rings with the burger and the fries had half the amount than usual with the check strips. Staff was friendly, but need to be less conservative with the food.

30 min wait on a Sunday at 8 pm me and a few others legit waited stuck in line no explanation 4/5 people inside working cashier was snappy about simple questions honestly looked like everyone was messing around being you could see one eating in the food area with no gloves and everyone joking around was highly annoying management clearly needs looked at pretty poor service.

The food was not done the lettuce on my sandwich was wilted and brown on the edges our burgers were not even hot.the bun was not fresh inside wrapper looked tampered with.stopped here from out of town wont ever go again

Faster service, chocolate ice cream was actually chocolate ice cream and not vanilla ice cream with hersey sirup in it like the other dairy queen does in the city (I am boycotted it). Go on!

Pretty sure this place gives you expired/stale food. The soda is watered down. I asked to add onion to my chicken sandwich and they put 1 piece of onion on there. Not sure why I even considered this place. The food is almost as disgusting as the place itself. My lunch break is ruined thanks dq you failed bad
