Jack In The Box - Cottonwood

Always busy, not for something special, just because it's a Jack in the box. The service is typical, nothing special. I think prices are increased compared to other fast food restaurants. Never a happy smile on employee face. It is a quick step work under tight conditions always to do with a lot of work. But the crew pulls it out, the commands are correct and timely and up to Jack in the box standard.

The food was good, and the service was friendly and quick. There was just one issue—I'm reluctant to mention it since they addressed it, but the soda machine overflowed my cup and splashed onto my new Air Maxes. The button was stuck. Aside from that, I got everything I wanted.

The food is amazing! There's a hardworking employee named Joel who clearly puts a lot of passion into his work. During my last visit, I ordered a shake, and it was fantastic—perfectly made with whipped cream and a cherry on top. Plus, the fries are always served hot. I would definitely give this place a 10/10 and highly recommend it! Fun fact: if you order more than 20 tacos, things get wild!

We don't have Jack in the Box in my town, and I grew up enjoying Jumbo Jacks, so it was a pleasant nostalgia trip to experience it again.
