Calavera And Grill - Cottonwood

This place is amazing! We had the 16th last night. My son's birthday dinner and I'm amazed. I reserved 16 people, but we had about 25 people coming up, Calaveras was so courteous. The staff was invaluable, even if more and more people appear, they don't mind, they just added more tables. We had the back room to ourselves and to be honest I was a little concerned because I didn't want them to forget that we were back, but there was never a lack of drinks or chips and salsa. The staff is amazing! The food is delicious, I had the California Burrito with shredded beef and a margarita. The Burrito was delicious and the Margarita was also. I have to say that Margarita was the largest and most powerful I've ever had. Everyone in our group was very happy with the service and food. The Verde Valley is very blessed to have this restaurant in our area. Thanks. Calaveras for my son's 16th birthday in a night we'll never forget!

The atmosphere was amazing the decor was nice and the service was the best I had, the waitress never left our cups empty and the food was delivered quickly and it was so delicious we were sad when we had empty plates! Our first-class restaurant in town! No more trips to Prescott or Sedona for dinner for us!!

I visited the restaurant yesterday to see the day of the dead arts and decorations. You are fabulous and beautiful! The staff was so nice to take the time to show it to me and show me the menu that looked great. I will definitely return for a meal I didn't have yesterday.

We decided to try my birthday dinner and I'm so glad we did. I am a native New Mexican and I LOVED the guacamole and the chips and salsa (if you like them for the HOT salsa... so hot and soo good) All we had was delicious with really fresh ingredients. Three of us went to eat, 2 of us had a cocktail, we had the Guac app, I had the beef Flotta's, hubby had a burger, and our friend had Enchiladas. The bill was $56!! I mean, how can you beat this price for such delicious food? Dulce was our server and she was great! I am a local and a server and I always appreciate that I can relax and enjoy good food and service. I think we found a new favorite!

Loved the food,service was friendly an fast. I will remend this place to anyone. They even brought us dessert on the house for our anniversary. Also great prices an awesome portions. Loved the way it was decorated!
