Subway - Cottonwood Shores

In these days, a lot of people order through DoorDash. That being said, you’d think restaurants would do their best to keep their orders up. This Subway never gets online orders right. And if something isn’t available, they just send the next best thing instead of contacting the person ordering it. I’ve gone in and ordered, too. They are rude and have no friendliness.

The bread was at least a day old and the sandwiches or horrible!

This is really a good subway. It’s always clean inside and if the preparer knows how to make the sandwich, you really can’t be subway. However, the reason I will not give them more stars is because they refuse (I mean I have lived in the area since 2017, so I mean refuse having tried hundreds of time) to answer the phone, so you can place an order. They also don’t do very well with online orders, if you can get to the place to order online

The sandwich manufacturer Clayton was a real cutie, hook my sub up and gave great customer service
