Bidra med feedbackExquisite... spectacular... it's HOME. If you want to taste Italy, save yourself the trip and just come to Sicilia Mia in Cottonwood Heights. Jerry (The Manager) treats you like family. Not only I, not only the table behind us, on the other side of the restaurant we heard him singing 'O Sole Mio' in a impeccable tenor voice to a family. He's not Pavarotti, but he sings well. The cook at this point is a real Italian from Palermo. I recommend you get Carlos for a waiter for lunch (I think he's the only one) an authentic Spanish from Madrid. But if you go in the evening, you can be even happier to get Jerry the manager. I was addressed by a friend, the best recommendation I received. I was here three times, and our experience even gets BETTER with every visit. The location is a corner of two restaurants and VERY LIMITED PARKING. I had to park in the street at my own risk. I recommend a reservation. We ordered the 4 cheeses Gnocchi, the chicken Gorgonzola and for appetizers the Arancini and Bruchetas. EXQUISITE My next visit was the Rib Eye with Rosemary, the Tagliata Di Mari, to change it. You just have to try her Alfredo sauce, I don't care what pasta is. Really! MY NEW GO TO ITALIAN RESTAURANT IN SALT LAKE COUNY
Okay, 1 of everything, that's worth every single penny. Do not look at the prices, order your stomach. Simply from taste, best place for italian in this condition, hands down. Each individual product, each individual ingredient is perfectly placed, prepared with love. I am a culinary critic to eat live in new places, this was our first time here. I HIGHLY recommend this place, would encourage you to step out of your security zone when ordering. Please visit, share your experience.
Love the intimate attitude. The staff is fabulous. We celebrate our anniversary, Kim was excellent, like everyone who participated in our table! Great Italian wine list and desserts oh my! Osso Bucco and Shrimp Tagliatelle were great.
We had a reservation for 8:30 PM, yesterday was my wife's birthday and we got caught up with a family meeting so we were 15 min late to our reservation and we arrived to Sicilia Mía when they were about to close the restaurant! BUT, that was not an issue for the Manager Jerry Bermudez and their amazing Chef Genaro! Who were both at the door of the restaurant with a smile on their face ready to welcome us and greet us with the best attention possible. Jerry himself was our server and prepared the carbonara pasta table-side while singing at the same time to my wife for her birthday. The customer experience and service was MIND-BLOWING until we tried the spaghetti that they were out of this world, we immediately felt we were dining in Rome or Parma! We've never tried this kind of taste of Italian food here in Utah and without question is the BEST there is! Everything is home-made and prepared to order for you! You won't get that bad service and overcooked pasta you get when you go to these big chains of Italian restaurants NO!! At Sicilia Mia your experience is customized for you! At the end of our dinner when we thought it was impossible for it to get better, Jerry again surprised my wife with a strawberry panna cota on the house to sing happy birthday to her in Italian!! I never write google reviews, as you can see from my profile! But this one was a must! Jerry, Genaro, and their whole team saved my wife's birthday dinner with OUTSTANDING service and food. 100% recommend the Cheese Wheel Pasta! The Grana Padano cheese is like nothing you've tried before!
10+ stars!!! The food was delicious! The service was excellent! I have no need to eat Italian anywhere else.
