Chipotle Mexican Grill - Cottage Grove

They always get my order correct. Portion sizes are excellent. Couldn’t be happier with this location.

I work in the strip mall near by and regular customer. Food is always awesome but the last 3 times I've come in the women have been incredibly rude or have had off putting demeanors as if they'd rather not be there. I understand everyone having bad days but this has become a frequent occurrence and I have left feeling frustrated. The men working have all been kind and polite. I am a woman myself and I would hate to make anyone feel this way let alone be treated this way as a consumer.

I went to Chipotle during the dinner rush. There was a line, five people ahead of me. I was in and out in less then 15 minutes. My husband and kids really like Chipotle we are frequent customers, at least once a week. I like it but not as much as the kids and hubby do.Parking: It get's crazy at dinner time. You sometimes have to park at other stores, get dropped off and picked up, or circle the lot till you find and or wait for a parking spot.

Cottage grove location was filthy. Garbage over flowing, floors littered with food and napkins and the worst part was the dirty food counter where your food was assembled.

It was sad to see taco bell near this place got better review than this branch of chipotle.Of all the Chipotles I had ever been to, this was by far the worst. Unprofessional Staff, even the manager. I went in ordered 2 bowl, and requested to have the salsa 's on the side, nothing on the bowl itself . the staff charging me $1.15 for each. I asked the staff why? the staff said it 's because it was considered as sides. then I told the staff to put the salsa inside the bowl instead. The staff responded they made it already, I 'm not going to do that. I then requested cancellation on my order, the staff challenge me by saying you don 't give me an attitude. ' then went to the back and talk to the manager. She came back and said The manager said, if you don 't want the sides, you don 't have to get it. I told the staff again, I want to cancel my order and get a refund. the staff went back and it takes 10 minutes for the manager to come up, while lot of other customers waiting in the back. and finally the manager refunded my order. very rude and unprofessional. never again I will return to this chipotle.
