Bidra med feedbackWe were here when we were family in one of Daylesford's cabins. Great service, ideal for taking the little grandchild through the door and a walk through the courtyard between the courses. It is beautiful, light and airy and a good selection of well presented local dishes.
The atmosphere at this restaurant is very inviting and friendly. Although it was quiet during the evenings in March, the staff was still very welcoming and the pizza was delicious.
I made a reservation for the evening and decided to dine out instead of cooking. It wasn't necessary to reserve a table as there was only one other table occupied, so the ambiance wasn't great. Despite there being only two tables, I expected the server to remember our starters, but unfortunately, he forgot. He apologized when bringing them out with the main course, but it was still disappointing. The food was good, but there are more appealing restaurants nearby, so I wasn't in a rush to return. I would recommend this place more for lunch. Overall, it had a slightly melancholic atmosphere as if it wasn't clear why it was open for dinner service.
Sure, I am Californian born and raised, so I am familiar with (Tex-)Mexican food and I absolutely love it.
Until recently I lived not far from the US / Mexican border.
