Bidra med feedbackI went to this location last Wednesday September 13 going through the drive thru. It took the attendant about 5 minutes to finally acknowledge I was waiting and then another 20 minutes to get up to the front. I had two cars ahead of me waiting in line also each car sat there about 5 minutes waiting for their orders. By the time I get to the front no one acknowledges me again no one to say I'm sorry for the delay or nothing. I hate to say this but I was going to tell the attendant to cancel my order but decided just to drive off instead since she was talking to another employee and not concentrating on her job of serving the customers. I must emphasize to your employees how very important it is to communicate with your customers and let them know the status of their orders. There were customers going inside the restaurant and getting served faster than the drive thru.Sincerely,Disappointed.
20 minutes wait, 1 chix sandwich, 2 cars ahead of me. Chicken was way too salty and watery. Threw it out. Yuk.

It was so hilarious I just had to post. If you like your burgers literally drowning in ketchup, this is the place for you. Holy ****! That moment you wished you'd taken a picture.As for service and cleanliness, it was good. No complaints there.
I found 2 hairs in my western bacon cheese burger. I gave the first one the benefit of the doubt, thinking maybe it was a shred of onion. But then I found a black hair in there.I've been trying to find a corporation number, but have been unsuccessful. I fidnt want to deal with it at a store level.I WON'T be going back.
