Hi, I had an amazing experience with this wonderful non profit bakery!! Cat the sweet manager was extremely helpful. I called at 10:30am and asked her if she could possibly make me a sheet cake for 5 people that was completely sugar free. It was for my triplets 21st birthday and I needed it that afternoon by 4pm. It was a huge ask and I was just assuming that she was unable to do it because I wasn’t giving her much time. She works with the developmentally disabled and she didn’t have the ingredients to make the sugar free and couldn’t leave the bakery. I absolutely understood. I asked her if my fiancé could possibly go to the store for her and bring her the ingredients. She said yes! And so she happily made our cake! And it was absolutely gorgeous and tasted amazing!!!! This was a very special birthday because yes it was their 21st, but I had lost one of my triplets in a DUII wreck where she was killed in 2019 and I wanted to make sure that this was a special birthday for my other 2 girls Angie Nicole. I love them so very much! Thank you Cat and crew for your exemplary customer service and absolutely amazing tasting cake!!! I will be coming back to you for sure!! Hugs to you!! If I could give you more than 5 stars I would!! ALBANY... SUPPORT AND GIVE THIS BUSINESS A TRY. YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!

Custard ! They are terrific! They delivered a special order of 2 dozen custard tarts to my Mom for Mother's Day. She was thrilled, her fave. She went on and on how delicious they were. Thank you for making my Mom happy.
