Bidra med feedbackThe food quality is lacking and orders were not always prepared correctly, with requests for light or extra ingredients often being overlooked. This is especially disappointing for someone who used to work at Subway and can easily notice these errors.
I rarely write reviews, but I had a great experience at Subway this time. I always order the same thing, but servers often assume I want a half sandwich because I'm smaller, even though I ask for a footlong. I usually go to Subway after donating blood, so I have a big appetite. Despite my repeated requests for a footlong, servers rarely ask me what size I want. However, this time a server (whose name I unfortunately don't remember) asked me multiple clarifying questions, even confirming if I wanted cheese. She prepared my order perfectly, provided excellent service, and was very sweet. I will definitely return to this location after my next donation.
I have dined at this restaurant multiple times. The sandwiches are always made perfectly, the bathrooms are clean, and the staff is friendly. I appreciate that it is open 24/7.
Failed to honor coupon. Before I started making my sandwiches they promised me one price. We had a whole conversation about the fact that I had a coupon. Then at the register they charge me more. If you say you’re going to honor the coupon you cannot wait till the register and tell me that the coupon doesn’t work. What if I only have a certain amount of money it’s just disrespectful.I would like to shout out ‘Des’, the employee that hates her job and treated me like garbage. You should be fired.
Great food. Love me a good hoagie every once in a while, and better than on-campus alternatives.
