A 30-minute pick-up turned into 45-50 minutes, and deliveries are usually 15-20 minutes longer than the estimated 45 minutes to an hour. A recent online order took three hours to fulfill, and the restaurant claimed they never received the order. It seems their equipment cannot handle online orders, so it is best to avoid ordering pizza online from this establishment. If they cannot handle online orders, they should consider shutting down that service. The pizza is good, but the slow service and issues with online orders are major drawbacks.

Tonight, when I placed my order at the restaurant, one of the employees mentioned that they were making their breadsticks differently. Let me tell you, they were perfect and much tastier! Please continue making them that way, they were so soft and delicious. Both of the ladies working there were very nice. I didn't catch their names, but keep up the great work, ladies! You rock!
