Mcdonald's - Cortland

By far the worst customer service ever. Not just by one person, but everyone. From the pay window to where you get your food. The workers don’t speak.

Ordered two quarter pounds, and a fry. Told to pull up, wrong order came out. Went in to just get the correct order, manager loses his mind and pulls the we reserve the right to refuse service. Drive through was not particularly busy, only a couple people were dining in. Don't get fast food often because it is all garbage after all. But this manager didn't even have a name tag and refused to say his name. After reading the reviews and calling the complaint line, on top of being told. Oh we've had multiple complaints about him, GET RID OF HIM. If you want McDonald's go to Champion off Mahoning Ave. Or the one at Elm rd and 46.

This restaurant is much cheaper than my nearby McDonald's in Cortland on everything.

There was no sugar-free syrup for coffee available. The lady who took our order was rude and didn't say anything when taking our payment - no "have a nice day" or "thank you for your order", just a mean look. The girl at the pick-up window seemed more interested in playing on her phone.

I ordered $5 worth of items at this restaurant, only for them to have a broken machine and offer me a cheaper item as a replacement. I ended up waiting 30 minutes for my order.
