Thai Cortez

During our visit, the restaurant only offered delivery as an option due to the COVID-19 pandemic. When we placed our order, we were informed that none of their dishes were vegan. The staff member we spoke with was friendly and knowledgeable, and suggested a few vegan options with tofu (such as fried rice). However, the dishes lacked flavor due to the absence of sauces, making them not very tasty but still healthy. It is unclear if this was a mistake by the worker or if there have been recent changes, as other reviews have mentioned similar issues. Be sure to double check your order!

Ask what can be done without fish sauce. the waitress has understood our vegan desires. good choice for a pretty small town.

We have dined in Thai restaurants all over the world, although we have not been to Thailand yet. As other reviews have noted, this restaurant catered very well to vegan requirements. With just one chance to try the menu, we had the best Massaman curry we have ever had, hands down! It was a pleasant surprise to find such a large and delicious vegan dish in a desert town like Cortez.

In September 2015, four of us dined at this restaurant - two vegetarians and two vegans. We were very impressed by their understanding of our dietary requirements and their willingness to accommodate us. There were plenty of dishes that we could choose from or have customized, and we opted to share some of them as usual. When the food arrived, we were all delighted by the quality and flavor. We had previously dined at another nearby restaurant, but found the food much better here. We also ordered some food to go and found it to be just as delicious. We would all highly recommend this restaurant to fellow vegetarians and vegans.

A quick lunch. Really enjoyed the salad that came with lunch specialties. Small but delicious ginger dressing. Several tofu-based dishes. The food was very fresh and delicious.
