Whataburger - Corpus Christi

I don't normally leave reviews but this chicken sandwich was inedible. It had the consistency of leather, and parts of it I tried to bite through and could not. My husband's patty melt was gourmet in comparison at least I could eat some of it.

Best Whataburger in town its always clean and has happy employees Vanessa made me feel like the wait was so worth it I drove all the way from Kostoryz just to eat at the airline Whataburger thanks Vanessa for always making my order hot n fresh!!

Worst experience ever. We walked in and no one greeted us or said well be right with you. Nothing. There were no guest, no one in the lobby/dinning area. Multiple staff members walked passed me including the managing. We stood there for 10 mins, I told my husband let's go somewhere else so we left.

Got my burger wrong AND THEY PUT RAW BACON on it. Ordered no onions and they covered it with grilled onions. Ordered extra bacon, only got 2 slices and it was RAW. Even worse, when I called the store they acknowledged that they didn't cook it, and tried to tell me it was fine to eat. GROSS!!!!!!! And to make it worse, they would not refund my money since I was back at work and could not come to the store right then.

Third time that I specifically click options/add-ons for Spicy Ketchup and get zero ketchup at all, no napkins. Other than that, food is always awesome
