Souper Salad! - Corpus Christi

We loved this place, great selection of soups and salad bar with bread and ice cream. It is a serve yourself buffet style, but a waiter has checked with us several times to see if we drink refills or something else. If you are looking for a break from Fast Food, this is a good alternative.

We love SouperSalad. The bar is always full and clean. The staff is friendly. I enjoy the rolls, muffins and ice cream on top of the Soups and Salads. This day I took two friends for lunch and it's now one of their regular spots for lunches. The price is fair for what you get.

The buffet bars were well stocked clean. The veggies were fresh and crisp. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. You could also add chicken for a small up charge. In addition to green salad and fresh veggies they had prepared salads, 5 soup choices, baked potato bar, nacho bar, bread, muffins etc, fruit soft serve ice cream. It is a limited menu, but was good for what it is. I especially appreciated the staff. They seem to understand the concept of customer service.

Delicious soups and build-your-own salads. I don't understand the part of the menu that isn't buffet, probably because I've never tried. I always get the buffet because it's a reasonable price and the food is great. It is also clean and modern-feeling.

Had a great time! They offer an excellent selection of dishes and desserts. Plus, they provide military discounts! Each visit, you can choose from 4 or 5 different soups along with a large salad bar. The service is fantastic, but the restroom could use some attention. I recommend asking for a straw and going before you arrive. Overall, it's a great deal!
