The Bungalow Restaurant

This was the place that showed me what a great steak is, more than 20 years ago now. Went back for a wedding rehearsal dinner recently, and it was every bit as good as I remembered. Excellent food, excellent service, and one of the few places left that knows how to make a rusty nail just right.

The food was okay but for those doing valet please be super CAREFUL. Don’t leave anything valuable in your car not even your trunk! We did valet parking with them and our 600$ tumi bag was stolen from our TRUNK! They parked our car off site around the corner so no one saw. Wonder why certain cars were parked in their parking lot but not ours.

Food was okay, not bad. I asked bread and butter. they brought something like bread, but very greasy and sour. Price higher than we expected. Worst thing is smell! Really strong bad smell. As soon i entered it hit me so bad, took my appetite away. Definitely never come back there. I'm sorry

Worst dinning experience in years. We went to dinner on New Years Eve with some friends. To start we were seated in a ghetto tent in the back which makes sense during COVID but not now. To start there was a 2 year old screaming at the top of his lungs, which I understand so I asked if there was any other tables for 4, I was told sorry NO. I then walked up to the restroom and passed 7-10 4 top tables empty. I asked again and was told NO. So I sucked it and went back to my tent that looks like a bad 1980's wedding. When we went to order we were told we had to order from a fixed menu, OK. I ordered the Lobster Bisque (which had no lobster in it), then a fillet medium rare which I was told they could do NO topping or Sause, OK. My steak came out well done like a piece of coal. Then I had the crème Brule, which was closer to custard. My wife ordered the chicken which was over cooked and she was told they would not sub the potato's for veggies (which was offered on another meal). Not the dining experience you expected for an $800 meal for 4. Could careless about the money but it was a waste of a new years dinner. I have eaten there a few times when invited by friends but NEVER been impressed, this time I felt robbed. I am not a complainer and have never left a negative review but I would never recommend going there. would have been happier at Fleming's or ever El rachito next door. I would give zero stars if I could!

Wife and I enjoys happy hour at this place. Great hh food selections- naan pulled pork tacos, and calamari always a good choice.or
