Bidra med feedbackI called the Domino?s Pizza place where I picked up our order and I asked them if they?ve changed the recipe on their pizzas. I told the gentleman who answered that the pizzas we picked up did not taste as before, the dough was not as fresh it normally isand not as garlicky as before, nor was as buttery tasting as they usually make them. He said that they?ve done nothing differentthan before. I said I?m not really happy with the quality I received on this, is there maybe something you could do for me so Icould place another order in the future and make up for this? He said no because technically the pizza is made as they?ve alwaysmade it there?s nothing wrong with the pizza because of that. I thanked him for his time and told him that I know what to donext. I am sorry but I cannot recommend pizza from this place at this time. I hope this is helpful.
Employees are friendly. I would've given them 5 stars, but they don't answer the phone. I tried and no one ever answered. I'm sitting here right now and it's not busy, but they just ignore the phone. You must book online or in person.
I had one of the worst customer service experiences in a long time at this restaurant. Our online order was messed up, and we received the wrong pizzas. When I tried to report the issue online, the offer did not match what we had ordered. I attempted to call the store directly and was put on hold for 30 minutes. After hanging up, I called again, but the employee was rude and simply put me on hold again. After spending an hour on hold, they hung up on me without any attempt to address the error on Domino's part.
I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was terrible, and it seems they don't treat their employees well at all. I overheard a female supervisor using a horrible name to refer to one of the workers. On another occasion, I witnessed her deny a worker access to the restroom, telling him that if he needed to go, he could wait until he got home. As a result, he was actually sent home early because he needed to use the bathroom. Overall, this place is unacceptable, and I believe they really need new management.
A few days ago, I ordered three pizzas, and they arrived late and cold. I reached out to the restaurant to explain the situation, but the so-called manager was incredibly rude and eventually hung up on me. I tried calling back several times to get the owner's contact information or the corporate office, but he refused to help and wouldn't even give me his name (I later found out his name is Brian). Instead, he implied that we were threatening him. All I wanted was a refund, but what should have been a straightforward process turned into unprofessional behavior from an employee. I've already filed a complaint with corporate. I'm done with this place and will be ordering from Papa John's next time.
