Absolutely wonderful golf course! we just met a bit the range, but there was a lot of action. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Would definitely love to play 18 but we are here to repax, not stress out haha

Currituck Club is a stunning golf course. Although it's February and the grass is dormant, the course still looks beautiful. Some tee boxes are a bit uneven, but they are working on improving them. However, I noticed that some players don’t replace their divots, which is frustrating. The greens, on the other hand, are in perfect condition and very fast. While I wouldn’t pay the spring and summer rates, you can definitely find some good deals.

The layout of the course is excellent, particularly the holes and finishing holes. However, the holes located near the houses are less engaging and don't quite align with the designer's vision. The pace of play was a major drawback, with a five-hour round due to wait times at the tee box on every hole. I reached out to the golf shop to inquire whether they would be addressing a slow group that was out of position. They promised to send someone out, but no one ever came. If the course isn't going to enforce the pace of play, they really need to improve on that front.

The only downside was that my vendors ate before my groom and I did, which meant my photographer had to pull us away for sunset photos before we had a chance to eat. When we returned, our food was cold. However, I don’t really blame the venue for this; it was more of a scheduling issue. Events have a way of unfolding spontaneously, regardless of the timeline we set. Overall, our experience with The Currituck Club was fantastic. Even though Hurricane Dorian had caused some damage to the roof just before our wedding, they managed to make everything look pristine in no time. Nicole was out there working diligently alongside the staff and my wedding planner, and her efforts truly made everything come together seamlessly. We are grateful for our experience and wholeheartedly recommend The Currituck Club!
