The Rising Sun Inn

Visit the Ale trailer, went back with the family. with the open fire for the winter and many stable outside seats and cover for the summer (with view) a place I would like to visit. for lunch, dinner or lunch! we will bring attentive staff to end everything.

We drove right after the rising sun for some real local ales (the legendary) recommended by a native was in the did great. the rising sun is a pub dating from the 17th century with very friendly staff and next to inside sitting there are also outdoor mix-in-nature seating options with clean toilets. free beer also for their pets. parking available. there are some short walks that lead them to the river in the valley.

Really friendly and atmospheric pub had open mic on Monday, which was fantastic. eating is amazing, the menu is limited, but in any case it is worth going. thanks to megan for the great service and inviting mood. if they are in the opposite, I recommend the rising sun.

Really nice old fashioned country pub with a log fire, nice service and good beer. Live music regularly performing too. Take care on the path to the outside loo in the dark uneven steps! Good outside area to sit and view Morwelham Crags whilst imbibing. Haven't tried the food yet but it looks good.
