Penn Station East Coast Subs

This was our first time eating at a Penn Station and it was fabulous this evening. We were greeted by a young man named Weston who was the manager on duty. He was polite, smiled and was very professional. He was informative when answering our questionsand gave great suggestions. We ordered the club, the chicken cordon Bleu, and the ruben along with fries and drinks. Thecashier, not sure of her name was just as nice and had a great personality and polite when delivering our food. The subs andfries were presented well, fresh and hot. We dined in and the restaurant was very clean and orderly. He even came to our tableand asked if we needed anything and how we liked our dinner. We will definitely be back. This is by far the best sub restaurantaround. Keep up the good work!

Saw some other low reviews but thought I'd try it anyway. Maybe being the only customers made a difference. Sandwiches were fresh and hot. Sub bread is superb. Fries were fresh and hot. Plenty of meat on my philly. I can see how a lunch time rushduring the week might create a backlog/delay, but it's not subway.

The subs, fries, lemonade, and cookies here are fantastic! I always make it a point to visit whenever I'm nearby. The service is consistently excellent!

I don’t get to visit a Penn Station very often, so it really brings back fond memories for me, and that nostalgic feeling was definitely present today. The restaurant was clean, and my food was served promptly. Everything was excellent. I left feeling very satisfied.

Everything was fantastic! Sara made sure my sandwich was prepared exactly the way I wanted it.
