Taco Bell - Cornelia

I ordered an salad and tomato dish. I waited in this line for 30 minutes or better I was high ed out that it doesn't make any sense, it's as if they weren't prepared their food until they were taken into the window and money then the preparation of the food started, that's so wrong I saw chic fa la and they had like 17 or 18 autos deleted ever last car thru empty and taco bell had just moved a car and I'm dead

That's the worst tamoglock I've ever had. this name manager bretagne is a complete rude b h. every time we have ordered from here is completely wrong, then they are ridiculous if they want them to fix it. trust me to go to clarkesville. do not waste their time with this Taco bell

Even though the wait was long, i want to applaud the manager on duty, Amber. She was very respectful to each customer even after being yelled at by the two cars in front of me. She explained to me that there were only two other employees in the store, one of which was in training, and i felt so bad. Even though her night was made rough by rude customers, she deserves every bit of praise for continuing to do her job while keeping a smile on her face. i don’t mind waiting for my food, and i don’t mind if you’re out of something because i’ve been a manager in the fast food industry before, and she handled every situation so well. will definitely be coming back because the few employees are working as hard as they can, and are very respectful. if you can’t be patient enough to wait for your food when you ordered the entire menu, go home and eat a bowl of cereal.

I waited over 30 minutes for my order. I ordered online, arrived at the drive thru at 4:37pm, received food at 5:10. I was missing a taco, my quesadillas were wrong, the tacos received were wrong and cold , and they were out of beans and rice, and we received some mystery burrito. I’d also like to note that there were only three cars ahead of me. The rest of the food was good, but all things considered, the experience was NOT good. On the bright side, the customer service was good.

This place has been understaffed for a while… But, The new manager is a terrific manager! They are even staying open later! They have came back after those months of closing at 6:00. I would give this place another chance. I’ll come back and give 5 stars if it stays consistent.
