Bidra med feedbackWe only stopped for a slice of pizza, so unfortunately we weren't allowed to sit in the lovely courtyard. The pizza was excellent though and the whole pizzas that were brought to the tables looked fantastic. So, we will be back for a proper meal and enjoy both the pizza and the outdoors.
Stopped in for a light lunch after an hour hike up the hill fro L'Aneglina where we were staying. A bit hard to find as our TA mobile app wasn't getting a good signal, but, friendly locals guided us. Just a few tables (mostly for take out, but OMG the food is just the best/ Had 2 pizzas and homemade lasting. You could tell the noodle were made in house from fresh pasta. Simple amazing as was a small salad of greens, olives and tuna.
This is a fairly new little place in the middle of the historic town. I am a local but have lived abroad for years. I returned this summer to discover this really good place to eat a snack or have an informal dinner. It is a managed by a very young couple of locals, who pay great attention to quality. I have tried the pizza and the crescia, with several different toppings. They were all delicious. You can take it away or dine there, in a beautiful outdoor area surrounded by historic walls. The menu is small but authentic. It's very low key, you can get a glass of good local wine for less than 3 euros, and eat a full meal for 10-15 euros at most. My wife and I had a lovely dinner here, enjoyed some wine, and were very happy with the price/quality ratio. It's certainly a place to go back to. And the people who work there are extremely nice, not a given, when you visit a touristic town.
Great pizza and pasta to take away. But also some tables outsid when the weather is nice, with service. Good wine. Money for value.
We took a stroll through this beautiful village on our arrival night, we had done no research into the town or what to expect. We came cross La Bottega Di Via Cimarelli and took a seat in the outdoor courtyard. Our Spoken Italian is limited and the owners English is minimal also, but don't let this turn you away. The menu is amazing!!! We asked for what ever pizza he recommended, accompanied with two glasses of local red wine. What came to our table was nothing but beautiful food and wine. A lovely way to spend the evening under a lit- up umbrella
