The Butcher Shop - Cordova

The food was decent and the service was very good. Going to try again when not overly busy. My burger was kind of bland and I heard other people nearby complaining about their steaks being bland. The salad was swimming in dressing. I don't know who would think that's good. But I will give it another shot.

The hands down single best New York Strip anywhere yet. The cut, marblezation, and flavor were amazing. Plus the grill is open so you can see the cooking being done right in front of you if you wish. The ambiance was great the bar looked very welcoming and the waitresses are all super easy on the eyes.

While the wait may be long because of short staff issues, it was definitely worth the wait! They currently have a 40th year anniversary special that you must ask for the menu and is very worth the $40 per person cost. Our filet was perfection and the dessert was a really tasty chocolate brownie al a mode. Service was excellent.

I really enjoyed the food, the service, and the dessert. I'll be going back, because my wife is jealous since she didn't go with me, you snooze you lose.

Had a 6 PM reservation for two on a Friday night. We were seated immediately, drinks were served very quickly. Salads and bread were out very fast and were delicious. Entree's were out just as fast! Steaks were cooked exactly as we asked and were absolutely delicious! They do add 20% gratuity to all checks. This was posted out front and not a surprise on the bill. Our server was on point and we left her an extra 20% for the great service and quality meal!
