Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

I would give this place zero stars if I could!! When my family and I sat down, we were told that they had only one server and it would be ten minutes before anyone could take our order. When the server finally took it, we waited another twenty minutes for our food and it didn’t even come out at the same time. My husband ordered the chili and was told that they had to make some. When they finally brought it, it was in a small plastic container and was only a quarter full. My son’s chicken tenders looked like frozen ones that they just heated up quickly. This place is terrible and we will NEVER go back! It needs to shut down!!!

Ordered delivery and food was fantastic...really good burgers and milkshake was delicious

The waiter was the high point of this visit. The onion rings, normally large, were quite small, like a fast food order. The cheese and bacon fondue came out in a little plastic to-go container with hardly any in it. When questioned, I was informed they were putting too much in the dishes on the menu. They had no dishes (plates, silverware, fondue bowl) and explained they have not had a dishwasher for four months so everything was served in baskets and wrappers. The first serving of fries was cold and the fried pickles were undercooked. The Red Tavern Double was tasty as were the Whiskey River BBQ burger and the Clucks. I have visited this location many times but after today, I will go elsewhere for a while.

Came here with a coworker for lunch and I remembered why I haven’t been in a year or so. The food is mediocre at best and I most likely won’t come back a third time.When we arrived we were told it would be a 10-15 minute wait despite there only being a handful of people seated. So, we waited. We finally received our seat (near the kitchen) and ordered promptly.I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with sweet potato fries and a sprite. The sprite was very flat and I requested a refill. After waiting, I reminded the waitress and was met with an attitude (I didn’t mean to interrupt their catch up time in the back). I finally received the drink and, this time, it was fine. The meal itself was basic.. a little sloppy but edible with lukewarm fries.I definitely won’t be back as this experience wasn’t that good. I do sympathize with the service industry as they are suffering but as a paying customer, I expected more, especially when you have multiple employees laughing and joking around while customers are trying to wave them down.

Burgers were great. Wait time not bad. Friendly waiter. The Root beer float was yummy too.
