Pei Wei Asian Kitchen - Cordova

Great 1st experience. Took family not knowing what to expect and the staff there was amazing!!! Food was very good, we will be back.

The lo mein noodles that are an extra $2 are spaghetti noodles. We ordered lo mein noodles instead of rice with our entrées. We paid an extra $2 per order for the privilege and they were just plain noodles. And then when we brought it up to them, they didn't seem to care or make any attempt to fix them.

I used to love the tofu here. It was thin sliced and pan seared to perfection and full of flavor! They?ve now replaced it with chunky breaded deep fried pieces of tofu that taste pretty bad. Not only does it get soggy on the drive home but the texture and flavor is not good. Bring back the original! I ended up just throwing it away and eating leftovers I had home. Hate I wasted $13 edit for response to restaurant: the way you prepare it is what makes unappetizing. You can still offer a thinly sliced, pan seared, non breaded version of the ?non gmo gluten free? tofu. Hopefully you will consider doing that.

The food is good, I got the house special with noodles which was nice and refreshing but no sauce so the noodles kinda dried out and I didn't get my slaw or vinaigrette that was suppose to come with it so idk how it's actually suppose to taste.

Had a great experience at the restaurant. Jason Brown and his team made sure the response and quality of service was top notch. The portions were abundant and quality excellent. He is setting a new standard to compete upon. Keep up the great work.
