Miami Spice menu was excellent and definitely a bang for your buck. The carbonara was VERY salty. Branzino was perfection. Service was top notch.

Team at Fiola miami is best in class. I had another just over the top experience yesterday. 10 out of 10. The Miami spice portions are not small and if you're looking to indulge with a little something extra, you can order a side dish which I did. Just terrific preparation, and very thoughtful menu.
The food ad service was exceptional! My only issue was that they changed the type of pasta used in the Cacio e Pepe to an elbow type pasta. It made the dish be more like Mac ‘n Cheese than traditional Cacio e Pepe.
