I got pastry cake 2 days ago all the strawberries were rotten and smelly and very expensive I wouldn't recommend anyone going there specially for bakery stuff

Urban gate is a magnificent and remarkable store .there really is no store quit like it, urban gate has so many different varieties of food and the absolute most respectful staff . Whenever i enter urban gate i feel like im in colinary heaven , it is trully so clean and has the best coffee and the ice cream with so many diffrent flavors to choose from.

We ordered two koobideh from here for the first time through uber eats. One of the dishes, the meat was definitely undercooked and had pink/uncooked parts inside. We sent a picture of this to uber eats and they said they will notify the restaurant. How inexperienced are your cooks that they don't even know when the meat is fully cooked? In addition, I tried to order food here in person during another time, and noone was there to take orders initially for a while! When the person finally arrived, he just seemed frustrated like he hates his job lol. What an absolute pathetic lack of service. I just walked out. They've proven themselves to be a waste of time and money, both in person and online. Take your business somewhere else. This place is a joke.
