Bidra med feedbackI am a regular at this store drive thru} and yesterday early afternoon had my first bad experience with the drive thru. I drove up and inquired about the no meat sandwich you had and was rudely schooled by your female worker. Telling me. 'excuse me sir by this is Starbucks and we dont call it that ', I said excuse me? 'That was rude '. She replied, 'read the board please to find the item you want '. That was enough rudeness for me. Told her forget it. 'I will go to Tim Hortons '.......That was really not a good experience. Considering Starbucks prides its self on customer service and was always greeted like i was appreciated there.
Music is really loud, had a hard time finding a place to take meetings with the music blasting away. 2/3 of the time staff are rude, dismissive and ignore me, I try to counter with kindness only to have one guy plop my drink down on the counter spilling it everyone and not a single apology from him. The other 1/3 of staff are very nice, provide great service and give demos of some of the coffee and drinks that are offered. Feel free to contact me and I'll get the names of the bad bunch and we can help them to be better employees and provide the exceptional service I've come to expect from Starbucks
Very fast pace, they do really well in there always working like a team and getting customers their orders in good time and
This Starbucks is a freestanding location with Drive Thru. The inside isn't very big and it could use a updated look and a few renovations, but it was clean. I came here just after they opened, and I was the only customer. They were busy with early morning opening tasks as well as the Drive Thru orders, but they were all friendly and welcoming without being over bearing or pushy. I was waiting for my husband to join me, so I just took a quick peek at the food offerings available. I before I decided, I just went and sat at a back corner table. I really liked that they let me do my thing, without anyone asking me if I was ready to order. When I finally went up to place my order, the girl didn't keep me waiting at all. I ordered 2 Gouda Bacon Egg Sandwiches, and a Matcha Frappacho. I asked for it to be sweet. She was nice and even gave me my gift card balance without me having to ask. My order came up super fast. My only complaint was the Matcha Frapp had zero flavour. I asked to sweeten it and they gave me some syrup in a mini cup. This helped, but the drink was still a bust. I couldn't drink it and gave it to my husband. The sandwich's were not as good as the last time I had them at a different location, but they sufficed. Other then that the staff service was great. Solid 3.5
I had ordered a Venti Iced Oat Shaken Espresso at a different Starbucks location and didn't realize until later that they had mistakenly used dairy milk. Being lactose intolerant, I couldn't drink it. I stopped by this location, which was conveniently on my route, to see if the staff could make me a new drink, even though I wasn't at the original store. Kennedy was incredibly thoughtful; she listened to my situation, showed genuine understanding, and generously offered to prepare the correct drink for me at no charge. I was truly impressed by the level of customer service she provided. She even took the time to write a cheerful, encouraging note on my cup. Thank you for making my day brighter and for your outstanding service!
