I have purchase on several occasions from Northwestern Equipment. They do good quality work on their reconditioned equipment. I purchased a reconditioned Hobart mixer from them that has lasted over 20 years. They are a small business that cares about you as a small business owner and that is hard to find this day and age. They have great prices on their reconditioned equipment as well. Highly recommend them.

The website states 100,000 square feet of inventory, so I called with a list of needed equipment and they said they had it all in stock...I was thrilled! So I made the 2 1/2 hour drive to buy what I was after, and when I got there I soon discovered their inventory was nothing shy of piled up, filthy garbage housed in several should be condemned buildings. The roofs leaked like a sieve, the equipment was stacked so deep and high I couldn 't get through the building, it reeked of mold and mildew, garbage and standing stagnant water everywhere, there was a nasty old bed comforter hanging from the ceiling, sort of...why I do not know. The owner wouldn 't turn the lights on for fear of being electrocuted. It reminded me of a Saw movie. Nobody in their right mind would buy ANYTHING from this place. I tried to give them zero stars, but it wouldn 't let me.

I had a great experience with this company, the whole team there are fantastic, specially Phil and Malinda, i highly recommend this company to buy from them any kind of used equipement
