Family Bagels Of Long Island

Always excellent and delicious, I find myself visiting this place frequently. They offer a fantastic selection for breakfast and lunch. The staff is friendly and attentive, making the experience even better. I highly recommend it! The steak fries are amazing, and the bagels are delicious too! The photo features a mouthwatering pastrami sandwich.

Upon entering, I was greeted by their fantastic cleaning team, who kindly informed me that they were closed but offered to help me if I wanted something from the cold case. I was so grateful! I ended up getting sesame bagels and the Whitefish salad, and both were fresh and absolutely delightful! Despite the circumstances, the warm welcome made me feel right at home. The cashier even had to reopen the register to assist me, and she was so friendly about it. The wonderful gentleman who prepared the delicious whitefish took the time to thank me for coming in, even though they were officially closed! I've had breakfast here twice before, and I always order the Whitefish salad. Customer service is clearly a top priority here. I really hope I tipped well enough because I’ll definitely be back! You’ve earned a lifelong customer. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

The food here is amazing, it is really a good quality food. But take into account that this place never takes correct commands. I never got an order here. Every time you get out of here, make sure you open every box completely before you go. Every time this restaurant makes a mistake on your order, they are fully responsive/responsible and make sure to change your order or fix the problem. As I said, so delicious food they serve here with amazing staff, but if you order, make sure that they read the order again and make sure to check every box before you go. The employee here is so friendly and genuine and really takes care of your experience with them, which is why the instance of multiple picking orders wrong I always return.

Love this place! The food is delicious and the service is fantastic. I have been in this facility since Strathmores, the last (Big Bite) and now Long Island customer. I feel like the owners and quality of food never changes. A little recommendation... bring back the regular unsweetened tea! Other than that, customer for life!

I had the best home fries I've ever tasted! The bagels were outstanding, and the corned beef hash was fantastic. The coffee was excellent, and my eggs were cooked to perfection. The service was exceptional, with everyone treating us wonderfully.
