The Rel House Cafe - Coon Rapids

Took alot of good things off your menu. All the things I loved coming here for.

We had my birthday party there. It's lots of fun. Very comfortable and friendly. Pretty packed!

We were in town for a basketball tournament a local recommended The Barrel House. There is a lack of parking so we almost didn't go in because there were cars parked everywhere. I called they said there was no wait. We went into the dining room door first you basically walk right into people eating, ha! So we turned around and went to the door further down which was the bar side. Worked out great being that's where we'd want to sit anyway! It was seat yourself we were promptly greeted after sitting down. Our server was very personable. The food arrived quickly. She brought out mine my husband's said my sons pancake was almost done but she didn't want our food to get cold. I really appreciated that. When the pancake came out it was still steaming, delicious! We all really enjoyed our food. I had a sausage omlette with hash browns and my husband had a skillet. We will be back!

As a basic American grill this is a solid choice. Nothing fancy, good food options and friendly staff. Value for cost is very good. Parking is the biggest issue as this restaurant is quite popular locally.

They reset the etabs without paying all the winners basically ripping off gamblers I will never go back.
