Dunn Brothers Coffee - Coon Rapids

The staff here is wonderful. I accidentally ordered a drink that wasn't vegan. I called to change my pickup time and told the young lady working my name and my order. She then told me that she didn't think it was vegan, but she would look it up and give me a call back. She actually called me back and let me know that it was not a vegan drink. She then offered another option which turned out to be really good. That was amazing customer service! I've been to a lot of restaurants and fast food joints in the US and Abroad, and I have never experienced anything like it. They were fantastic! This location definitely has my business.

Sadly, since the change in management and ownership after coming here for over 10 years this location has had so many issues that I no longer will be coming here.This was the only location before change of ownership that I would come to.Now there is not even a manager on staff I called with an issue with my drink and as she was drinking it straight she tells me there is nothing wrong with the drink. As I stated I was coming there for over 10 years never and issue with my drink and today everything was wrong. So instead of owning up to the issue brushed it off as if suddenly my taste buds have changed and I was just not tasting the “coffee” in the drink purposefully. I didn’t want a refund or anything of that sort just the awareness.

Orderd light ice. Cup 3/4 full of ice. Not the first time. Dunn bros does have the best coffee, if they lay off the ice.

I used to go there to buy my coffee beans but the service was so slow and the workers unfriendly that I now go to their Lexington location where the people are great.

I used to leave 20 minutes early to get a coffee before work when I would go to Starbucks. I decided to try Dunn Bros as it's right by my house and I had ordered, paid, and had my drink in under 2 minutes. I was so impressed and the iced Cookie Butter Nirvana was delicious. The girl working the drive thru window was very nice. New favorite coffee spot!
