North Wales Ice Cream World - Conwy

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant for lunch today! The soup was served in a scorching hot bowl and tasted awful. The coffee was weak and tasteless, likely made from an automatic coffee machine. This was disappointing, especially since I had enjoyed a pleasant lunch here before. I wonder if there has been a change in ownership.

I visited Ice Cream World and was thrilled to discover they offered 40 different flavors. I went with my partner and chose white chocolate, black cherry and amaretti, and toffee and pecan. At £4 for 3 scoops and a waffle cone, it was a good deal. All the flavors I tried were delicious, but the black cherry was my favorite, especially when paired with the white chocolate. My partner chose different flavors and enjoyed them all. We recommended the place to my parents, who decided to join us for another visit. They also enjoyed the ice cream, with me trying apricot crumble and fudge this time. I preferred my original combination, particularly the cherry flavor. My partner had blue banana, which was banana-heavy, and watermelon and ginger, which was an unusual but tasty combination. Overall, the ice cream was delicious and I would definitely return to try more flavors. However, I do think the place could improve its ambience to better reflect the concept of an "Ice Cream World", as it felt more like a regular ice cream counter next to a cafe rather than an immersive experience.

The parking situation at the restaurant was very disorganized, with customers double parking and boxing in other cars. However, they had a great selection of ice cream flavors. The service was slow due to a lack of staff, so it may be worth revisiting on a less busy day.

I wanted to treat my daughter after a good school report. They had a great choice of beautiful ice Cream and the young lady behind the counter had a lovely personality and did customer service the way it should be done. We enjoyed our ice cream whilst walking round the garden centre.

This is a great little ice cream shop. Lots of choice and great service with a smile, and very good value for money. I always have an ice cream here when passing.
