Other customers who ordered hot food at the same time as us received their meals before our drinks. Our hot chocolate was served without a flake, and despite two apologies, there was no discount offered at the register. The staff were inefficient and we did not have a positive experience. We will not be returning.

I would recommend avoiding this restaurant as there are much better cafes in Conwy. I regret not reading the reviews on TripAdvisor before visiting. I only went because my favorite cafe was closed and I had an hour to spare between appointments. I ordered a flat white, but what I received was a hot, slightly frothy drink that tasted like dishwater. The milk was burned and the whole thing was flavorless. The waitress who served it apologized and explained that it was supposed to be a cross between a flat white and a latte. I can't speak to the quality of the food here, as I will not be returning.

Do not eat here. My girlfriend's Welsh rarebit was tiny, greasy, and overpriced at £8. My "full" English breakfast was a disappointment with a small sausage, bacon slice, and old baked beans. The waitress was rushed even though there were only 4 tables. We only paid a portion of the bill due to the poor quality of the food and service.

We stopped in here with our toddler for some breakfast on a rainy Thursday morning. The food was nice enough. The full English breakfast could have been bigger (1 of everything). However the service was quite bad. We sat ourselves at a table with dirty plates (only free appropriate table). The waitress did not take our order or clear the table for approx 30 mins but took orders and served other tables who came after us. The food came relatively quickly once ordered but coffees didn't come until later. The waitress didn't seem to have any system for taking orders or serving people in order. Very poor service.

We've visited here a few times before, always been a positive experience. This time it was way overpriced £2.50 for a fruit shoot!! The slices of cake we're small for the price, came with strawberries which should have been in the bin! 2 toasted teacakes.. 1 burnt black and the other barely cooked... Teapot was very stained on the outside... needed a good wash. Waitress was flustered but only 1 other table full. She went to empty the bins and directed us to tell any one calling in she'd be back in 5......... We will find somewhere new next time!
