Bidra med feedbackThis was my first time visiting a rally?s restaurant. When I pulled up to the menu to order, I asked the lady if I could have a second to look over the menu. She acted very snotty and kept trying to rush my order. There was only one car behind me in line.I ended up just getting the chicken fry box. When I got to the window, the lady didn?t say a word to me, grabbed my money andpractically tossed the food out to me. The chicken tastes like old chicken they heated in the microwave and is basicallyinedible. Terrible service, very sub-par food. Will not visit again.
Ordered four rally burgers and two chicken boxes. Checked the bag and seen they gave is only two burgers. Went back through and got the other two. Get home and realize one is missing cheese and another has mayo, none have lettuce, and only one has pickles,and only one has tomato. Every time we have gone to this rally's our order is wrong or missing something. Needless to say wewon't be back to this one. The staff aren't rude but they are not really friendly either. If that makes sense.
The bacon cheeseburger was just average; nothing special, to be honest. The fries would have been good if they were served hot, but they were cold because they sat out with my burgers instead of being made fresh after my hot wings finished cooking. The wings took about 15 minutes to arrive for a dozen. However, the mild buffalo wings were quite tasty.
I was very disappointed with my recent experience at Rally's. The drive-thru attendant wasn't able to apply the valid coupon I had when I reached the window, so I couldn't use it. She simply apologized but didn't offer a solution. To make matters worse, my lunch was cold. I won't be returning.
I visited the restaurant on October 10th around 11:50 AM. When I approached the cashier, I asked for two of the $7 meals. Unfortunately, she didn’t seem to listen to me at all. Instead of taking my order, she started adding items I didn’t request. After repeating myself four times, I kindly asked her to tell me what she had entered so far, as I wasn’t finished with my order. She responded with a dismissive attitude, insisting she had everything correct without reading it back to me. My order was quite simple, so the unnecessary attitude and the addition of items I hadn’t asked for were quite frustrating. In the end, I decided to take my business elsewhere. If someone is going to have such a poor attitude, perhaps they should be working as a cook rather than at the front counter.
