Terra Costa - Constitucion

What a great way to end our summer road! we were invited by the talented and lively chef and owner of the terra costa restaurant in the waterfront of constitucion. we arrived at 19:00 clock and rafael was already outside the colonial style with a hauch contemporary art. he gave us a tour through his trip Advisor-acknowledged restaurant (certificate of excellence for 4 years in succession since 2016.) the staff is also very accommodating! and eating? I have to say more! I had the sea red tuna with garnel and seafood and it was great! the food was beautifully presented and cooked for perfection. the pisco sour is one of the best I have tasted here in Chile and peru and dessert the chocolate mousse created by the cook itself was stunning! Many thanks for @maritowindsurfing and me rafael, it was perfect! for anyone who visits the region maule, they fall from terra costa in constitucion and they will not be disappointed class and eating the ambient service!

We came today with my husband. the attention was quick and friendly. the presentation of the very nice dishes. the tuna was tasty though not at the point we expected. the machas to the parmesana came in a very new presentation, they were in individual pots with cream and onion. The bad was the very warm drinks, but they didn't delay taking ice. in general highly recommended.

Muy buen lugar, excelente calidad en sus platos. Pedí un ceviche de entrada y estaba muy bueno. De principal pedí atun en costra se sésamo y estaba perfectamente cocinado a la inglesa. Los tragos y vinos muy buenos también. No le puse 5 estrellas porque hubo descordinacion en el orden (llegaron los bebestibles mucho después de los platos). Además se demoraron mucho en traernos la carta al punto de pararme e ir a buscarla yo mismo y por último, si no tenían aceitunas para el Martini dry que pedí. Soslayando lo anterior es sin duda el mejor restaurant de Constitución.

Lugar recomendable. La comida está muy bien, la carta es variada, los platos bien elaborados y recibimos una excelente atención. El garzón demostró preparación, supo explicar perfectamente la carta y nos hizo recomendaciones muy acertadas.

Es muy bueno. Sobre todo el sabor, presentación y el lugar. Se caen en la variedad pero estoy seguro que lo mejorarán. Ha, preciosa conveniente s
