I had a very nice dinner several months back and decided to go back with friends... somehow disappointed as the dynamite prawns was dry and not as juice/nizza as before, my friend Burger (my favorite had a strange taste (sheep???) and another wing was somehow dry and tasteless ...not sure whether she changed the boss in the last two months or he was out, but quality must be consistent...

Great food. Can recommend the chicken pie. Unfortunately the servings are small and left us quite hungry. The cocktail menu is lacking in size and doesn't provide much variety. Just standard drinks available. Interior design looks fabulous with a Library theme throughout. If you are booking a table for two make sure you request not to be seated near the toilets. Had a few visits where we got put there and it's quite unpleasant. Right next to the kitchen as well so a lot of people moving past ruining the vibe. Have to say every time we've been the service has been fantastic with very enthusiastic hosts.

The best location in Constanta I was. The food was more than expected, I had a Teriyaki turkey salad with avocado, it looked very beautiful and tasted great. The stuff was friendly and helpful with recommendations. I recommend it.
