Bidra med feedbackExcellent food, though a bit expensive for an average lunch or dinner. If you have a delicious shrimp for everything you want to order there, you will get the rice with ginger and garlic, it is FANTASTIC! The view of the terrace is fabulous and the staff is helpful and organized.
So we were on our vacation in North Mamaia. Go to Navodari, they said. It'll be fun they said. It is cheaper, much cheaper than South Mamaia (where all richly pampered busts go). No. It seemed like all the villages that end with Mamaia were expensive A F. So we had no choice as to withdraw to Constanta. We've never been there. And a colleague who works here pointed out this restaurant. And what a deed he did. The staff is one of the most friendly and professional of what I have experienced. The portions are HUUGE. I mean, they don't get THAT cheap (but since I compare it with Mamaia prices, they are visible cheaper) but the quality beats everything and the food you are absolutely worth every penny. Everything is fresh: the potatoes, the shells, the fish... ALL, at least this season, is freshly picked up from the port and cooked. I've never tasted better chicken or fish. Never. And the shells... God, I can still taste them. This restaurant is worth a visit! (we ate there twice in two days, it was THAT good)
Eating is fine, nothing spectacular (for example, don't even be salted). View is beautiful, but tables are so close together that it is really not worth the trip. More than a handful of tables had room for more than 4 people.
Great location, tasty roe as appetizer and seafood as main dish. Waiters were polite and quick, responsive to all our requests. Recomanded shells in wine sauce
We hoped for a nice evening between friends, with some beer and cake. Cakes were ok, although I had much higher expectations of my cream cuts. Warm evening, a few tables, a few people on the quay, almost perfect. And then, from nothing, a thunderstorm had begun. As in summer...
