Jolly Drovers - Consett

The roasts were delicious! the truthahn and the gammon were perfect, but must say the bark was done a little more than the medium rare that I prefer. overall the meats, the fresh vegetables and the yorkshire pudding were not too sharp. also the personal was wonderful. we felt welcome and appreciated. I would definitely recommend and wounded definitiw back!

Best carvery I have ever eaten! I am quite pregnant and it is a warm day, I asked if I could sit at the side of the queue until it was my turn to be at the front and I was told to come to the front and was served immediately. Brilliant customer service and amazing food what more could you ask for

Had an amazing meal here. The staff were first class and very friendly. From arriving we were looked after and the staff even took time to chat when we were leaving. The food is amazing!!! Hint.... order the steak and ale pie. (it's unreal). This was a first time visit and now firmly on our radar for future visits.
