For more than 20 years at the acquisition of my home in this blessed region, I had the chance to discover La Charette Bleue in Condorcet. The address is always as promising, Paul's cuisine is a beautiful journey of taste buds and eyes, and the welcome is all in simplicity and warmth. Both inside and outside you feel well, already looking forward to enjoying the symphony of the dishes offered. Service too fast. We didn't even finish the appetizer that the entries were already served. Same for the dish. In 45 minutes we had finished eating. The staff not really smiling The quality of the dishes were there but the service spoils everything......
