Staff was rude no greeting and the employee was on her phone and didn?t acknowledge me until I spoke up bc a line was building behind me. When I tried to order a bagel with cream cheese at Goldberg?s BAGELS, she flatly replied, ?We?re not doing bagelsright now, only sandwiches no cream cheese, no butter.? When trying to order a fountain drink, she replied, ?It?s broken.There?s water over there.? I get that there are supply chain issues so if they were low on items, no big deal but the customerservice was trash and we ended up spending over $30 on the most basic little turkey/ham and cheese sandwiches plus bottledwater. This one sandwich (including the other disappointing half that I ate) cost $11. Never again.

Poor customer service with an attitude from the sandwich maker. First, he yells out the order for pickup with 4 people with very similar orders waiting. All looking confused because he it wasn't what anyone ordered, because he was calling out the wrongitems. Then gets mad and irritated while speaking to myself and other customers because he was loud and wrong. Mumbling underhis breath and just being rude. The cashier said just chill out. I think it is best he finds another job. Everyone is hiring,but with that attitude, I am sure it will be a challenge.

I've never waited more than 25 minutes for a cream cheese bagel, and it wasn't even busy when I visited. The staff moves incredibly slowly. I suggest giving this place a pass if possible.

I really enjoy Goldberg's, which is located in Terminal A near gate A18. They serve excellent bagels suitable for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. There's usually a long line, but it's worth it. I also appreciate their coffee. For breakfast, I typically order the Everything bagel with sausage, egg, and plain cream cheese.

I ordered a chicken salad sandwich before lunchtime, and when I opened the box, it was clear that it had been sitting out overnight. The chicken on the edges was tough, and the bread was hard. The price was very high for food that was clearly old. This could also pose a health hazard.
