Lois' Huck Truck - Concordia

I'm so excited that Lois decided to open again this summer! She never disappoints!

I eat until I enter a coma. Kyle is good enough to pick me up in his diesel truck, then we go out to the farm to work for Jim. This works just great for me.

In town doing a kitchen remodel, and we never miss lunch at the Huck Truck! Very friendly and super delicious food! Had the BLT sandwich today with coleslaw, it hit the spot gave me energy to finish out the work day! Wish you had a truck in Hutchinson!

On Monday our truck broke down 10 miles outside of Concordia Kansas and we've since been staying at the Holiday Inn and walking around checking out the town while waiting for repairs to be finished. One of the cool things we found was Lois's Huck Truck. It was delicious!! Great customer service and great food. The chicken salad sandwich was our favorite. And the potato salad and baked beans were as well. There is also an awesome outside eating area and inside dining too. It was a beautiful sunny day with a nice breeze so we opted for outdoor dining. We really enjoyed it. We got our sandwiches, 2 sides a dessert and drink for $10 apiece. Next time we pass through we hope to stop again. Thanks Huck Truck for a very nice lunch!
